Get in touch with DoctorVisitPrep

Corrections, questions about our sources, guide suggestions, or partnership enquiries. We read everything and aim to reply within two business days.

Email Us

hello@doctorvisitprep.com

This is the fastest way to reach us, and it goes to a person rather than a queue. We aim to respond within two business days, Monday to Friday, Singapore time (GMT+8).

We cannot answer personal medical questions. DoctorVisitPrep is a preparation and education resource, not a medical service. We are not able to interpret your test results, comment on your symptoms, or advise on treatment, and we will not do so by email. Please take those questions to your own doctor. In an emergency, call your local emergency number immediately (Singapore 995, Australia 000, New Zealand 111, United States and Canada 911, United Kingdom 999).

What to Write to Us About

If you want toWhat helps us act on it
Report a factual errorThe page address and the sentence you think is wrong. A source we can check it against is ideal, but not required.
Flag out-of-date guidanceThe page address and, if you have it, the newer guideline. Clinical guidance moves, and we would rather hear it from you than not at all.
Suggest a guideThe appointment type or test result you could not find help for. These suggestions genuinely drive what we publish next.
Ask how a guide was madeThe page address. Our Editorial Policy answers most of these already, including how we use AI assistance and where our sources come from.
Discuss a partnership or advertisingWhat you have in mind. Commercial relationships never influence our editorial content, and all of them are disclosed. See our Affiliate Disclosure.
Make a privacy or data requestThe email address you subscribed with. See our Privacy Policy for what we hold and how long we keep it.
UnsubscribeUse the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email we send. If it fails, write to us and we will remove you manually.

How We Handle Corrections

Corrections are taken seriously, because the whole point of this site is that you can trust what you read before you walk into an appointment. When you report an error we check it against primary sources, correct the page if you are right, and note the change. If we disagree, we will tell you why rather than quietly ignore it. Our full standard, including sourcing rules and our AI transparency statement, is set out in the Editorial Policy.

Who You Are Writing To

DoctorVisitPrep is published by Philip Choo, an independent researcher based in Singapore. Philip is not a doctor, and that is deliberate: this site never gives medical advice, and its one job is helping you arrive at appointments organised and ready to ask the right questions. There is more on the About page.

We are a small independent publisher, not a company with a support department. Replies come from a person, which also means we are slower than a call centre. Two business days is the target, and we usually beat it.
